The ceiling-mounted speakers in the dining room are flush with the ceiling. The volume control is next to the light switch.
The equipment is mounted on a built-in shelf that pulls out for access to connections. The sound is distributed by the PT-6 multi-room controller in stereo to 6 areas: kitchen, dining room, office, bedroom, bathroom and patio (outside). Each area has its own volume control, and can also be selected on or off from the source.
